The Helpdesk team

The Helpdesk team consists of 30 engineers throughout the country, who specialize in the full range of Delcam's Powersolution Products and the integration of all the other essential products that provide the full turn key solution offered by Delcam. The engineers who offer frontline support will try to answer your problem immediately giving you the quickest response time possible.

Helpdesk hours

They operate 6 days a week from 9:30 am till 6:00 pm ( each has a mobile and the support calls are attended 24hrs).
